If all of us follow the above edicts, there will be copious rains i.e 3x12 =36 rainy days in a year.Athivrishti-heavy damage causing rain and unaavrishti-drought causing absentee rain will not occur.When the entire soceity consisting of Brahmins kings & chaste women follow these edicts there will be prosperity on earth. When cow is milked, the practice is to allow the calf to have its fill and then milk the balance for our use. Similarly we must provide for the prosperity safety and security of the Mother Earth and then only utilise any raw material for our purpose.
